Rescheduling
1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice. The exact notice window will be confirmed here.
Missed classes
Group class recordings are available in the Student Portal. Missed 1-on-1 sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility for packages and unused sessions will be finalized here.
